These terms govern your use of Xanguard: the website at xanguard.tech, the documentation at docs.xanguard.tech, the Xanguard Telegram bots, and the Xanguard API (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Xanguard monitors publicly available information on third-party platforms, mainly X (formerly Twitter) and pump.fun, and sends you alerts and data about the accounts, keywords, communities, tweets, tokens and wallets you choose. Alerts are delivered in Telegram, by webhook, or through the API, depending on the product and plan.
Xanguard is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp., Telegram, pump.fun or the Solana Foundation. X and Twitter are trademarks of X Corp.
2. Your account and API keys
- You use the Service through your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your Telegram account and any group where you add a Xanguard bot.
- API keys are issued for your use. Keep them secret. You are responsible for all use of your keys. If you think a key has been exposed, regenerate it in the bot straight away.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.
3. Plans and payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page and in each bot. Payment is in SOL on the Solana blockchain. The bot converts the price to SOL at the current rate and shows the exact amount and the payment address.
- Send the exact amount shown, to the address shown, before the payment request expires. A payment sent late, short, to a different address or on another network may not activate a plan.
- You pay any network fees.
- A plan starts when the payment confirms on-chain and runs for 30 days. Plans do not renew automatically. Paying again before the end date adds 30 days to the remaining time.
- Upgrades are handled in the bot as described on the pricing page.
- We may change prices at any time. A change applies to future payments, not to a period you have already paid for.
- The free plan may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.
4. Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Payments are made in SOL on-chain. Please try the free plan (1 tracked account) before you buy. Questions go to Telegram support at @notAdegen. See the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, dox or intimidate any person;
- use the Service for fraud, market manipulation, or to deceive other people;
- share your API keys outside your organization, or resell direct access to the Service, without our written agreement (B2B plans may be used inside your own products);
- try to get around plan limits, probe or attack the Service, overload it, or access it in ways we do not offer;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.
6. Third-party platforms and data availability
The Service depends on platforms we do not control, including X, Telegram, pump.fun and the Solana network. Those platforms can change, limit or remove access to their data or features at any time and without notice. As a result:
- we do not guarantee that any particular event, tweet, account or data point will be detected or delivered, or that it will be delivered within any particular time;
- accounts that are protected, suspended, deleted or restricted by the platform may stop producing alerts;
- products or features may need to change or stop if a platform changes how it works.
Speed and uptime figures we publish, including on the speed page, are measurements of past performance, not a promise of future performance. There is no uptime or latency service level agreement unless we agree one with you in writing.
7. No financial advice
Alerts, data, caller statistics and token information provided by the Service are for information only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Crypto assets are highly risky. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
8. Changes to the Service
We may add, change or remove features, products and plans. If we remove a product you have paid for during an active period, we will tell you in its bot and try to offer a reasonable alternative.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, website, documentation and branding, belongs to Xanguard. While your plan is active we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. You keep any rights you have in the information you give us, such as your lists of tracked accounts and settings, and you let us use it to run the Service for you.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Xanguard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including missed, late or inaccurate alerts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected product in the 30 days before the event that gave rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
13. Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time; a paid plan simply runs until its end date. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service.
14. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Xanguard about the Service, unless we sign a separate written agreement with you. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not waived it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
