Every alert carries the followed account's handle and display name, bio, follower and following counts, and whether the account is protected. Unfollow alerts use the same layout.
How to turn it on
- Open @Xanguard_bot in Telegram.
- Tap Follow Watch and choose a plan.
- Pay in SOL. The plan activates automatically when the payment confirms.
- Tap Add account and send usernames or x.com links.
Alerts arrive in your DM or in your linked alert group, whichever you chose in the bot's settings.
How fast is it?
Follow Watch does not wait for a slow periodic sweep of each following list. It reacts when X shows that an account's following count has changed, then works out who was followed and sends the alert. That last step takes about 0.3 seconds at the median and under 3 seconds for 90% of follows (414 follows measured on 20 September 2026).
One honest caveat: X itself does not always register a follow instantly, especially on very large accounts. That delay happens before any tracker can see the follow. In practice alerts arrive in seconds, and the conservative figure we publish for the B2B API is under 60 seconds.

Accuracy
X's following lists are not perfectly reliable: accounts sometimes drop out of a list for a while without being unfollowed. Follow Watch never reports an unfollow from a missing list entry alone. Each candidate is checked directly against X, and only a confirmed unfollow produces an alert. New follows are only announced when they are actually new, not when an old follow resurfaces.
